 ife during the Great Lakes fur trade.  Children and parents alike will exp
 erience 'living history' through exciting hands on activities.  Participan
 ts will examine artifacts and hear the stories they tell\; learn to paddle
 \, sing\, and participate as a trade-canoe crew member\; make trade bead c
 rafts and musical wooden spoons\; experience authentic songs\, fiddle musi
 c\, and dances of the 1700's\; and taste what Voyageurs ate and drank.  Re
 live and experience history through this rare interactive program.
